JULIE Wallwork has shed a staggering three stone in six months thanks to Vibe’s bootcamps.
Julie, 37, admits she had tried nearly every gym in town, but had never got the results she wanted until she tried Vibe.
But since joining Vibe’s bootcamp in January she has got the fitness bug, has transformed her body and boosted her fitness.
Mum-of-two Julie said: “I had put on a load of weight and I wanted to lose it and get fit again. I had been a member of practically every gym in Bury but hadn’t really stuck with them. Then I saw the signs outside Vibe advertising the bootcamps and thought I would give it a try.”
Vibe’s bootcamps are six-week programmes of intensive group exercise. Bootcamp members have the option to train up to three times each week in small groups. Every session is different incorporating indoor and outdoor training, circuits, toning, weights, and nutrition.
Julie, who is now on her fourth bootcamp, said: “I absolutely love it. Everybody on the bootcamp motivates each other and I have met some lovely people. Every session is different and joining Vibe is the best thing I have ever done.
“Vibe isn’t like other gyms. Everyone is so personable and because the staff all know each member individually they are really encouraging.

“Normally I am quite faddy and my husband gets annoyed as I have paid for so many things in the past, but haven’t stuck to them. Even he is impressed by how I have stuck with this for so long.”
Julie has now joined Vibe’s Sunday morning running club as well as the bootcamps and she is aiming to run the Great Manchester Run next year with the rest of Team Vibe.
